Yes, its very possible. If you’re committed to exercising AND eating right, there’s no question about it. You will become healthier. Good luck.

yes it is. even though diabetes type 1 or 2 can never go away, you can subdue it enough to where it isn’t a hassle anymore. i would say exercise daily would be great, and would help you. a diet would be good too, and i don’t mean eat salads for every meal or be extremely picky about your calories. alot of people are mislead about those things. things to watch for you especially, as you know, would be sugar, and saturated fats. carbs are NOT bad, in fact they’re great, but as long as it’s carbs that are full of fiber. fat in itself isn’t bad. your brain and body needs to fat to function. a lack of that can be very bad. but when eating fat make sure that its polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats. poly is better. my father has type 2 diabetes and is very very overweight. he never excersies or eats healthy. ive been inspired by him to eat healthy, and so ive gone vegetarian. im not saying you should, lol. but im saying that im proud of you for to be motivated to do something, because my dad surely isnt, and its showing. but anyways im getting of track, and im sure everything ive told you, you’ve heard before. to asnwer your question simply, yes i think you can achieve all these things, but it will take time, and diligence, and tons of motivation, because all of this change will not happen quickly. good luck!

    NO, IT’S NOT ENOUGH…..
To be a compliant diabetic one needs to make permanent lifestyle changes, exercise is important but it’s not enough to get blood sugars in a consistent normal range, and that may not be enough, you may also need medications and certainly without a doubt a change in your eating habits.

Yes it is possible to reverse type two diabetes. With proper diet and exercise of course. Particularly resistance training (weights).
You can always find time to work out, if you have enough motivation :)

Yes it is possible to reverse type two diabetes

  • Noccie says:

Yes it is possible to maintain proper blood sugar and blood pressure without medication with the appropriate diet and exercise. However, this is not true for everyone.
Wake up an hour early to exercise. Take a brisk walk during lunch. Walk before you go to bed. You aren’t working 24 hours a day, make time to exercise. Start boxing if you like, but again you’ll have to make time to get to the gym. You may have to sacrafice an hour of sleep to do all you want to but if you get fit, you may not miss that hour.

Yes, but you need to change the TERRAIN in your body, which starts with Diet. check out this site, and their diabetic reversal program http://www.treeoflife.nu

It is possible—maybe start in a simpler way. It doesn’t take much to see the results. My Doctor said the best for me was walking and counting calories.Good luck
