and nothing. I have considered b12 shots but wondered if they were any different than taking the b12 dots or supplements. Today I took iron, b12 dot and b6 and my heart started racing. I want my life back. I feel lifeless. Help!

when you go from exhausted to heart racing, it made me think of when I was diagnoised with hashimotos, which is a thyroid disease. BUT my tsh was always “normal” what they need to look at is your antibodies…hashimotos makes you hypothryoid sometimes and hyperthyroid others, and it is really easy to miss….it took forever (like 5 years) for them to figure it out for me….check on your old blood tests and see if they tested for more than just tsh….which should be between .3 and 3.0 — and read up about it on mayoclinic.com and see if it sounds like what you are suffering from. if it is not, I do not have any help, but I want to tell you that after all my time trying to find out what is wrong, I totally understand your frustration. good luck.
Ehh. I am sorry you are feeling like this! It sounds like maybe some like some depression to me, get checked out by your doctor though before you take anything!
There are so many reasons that you could be feeling fatigued. Continue to let your doctor test to rule out different illnesses. Did you know that even depression can make you feel that way. I am currently going through some sad times with family health issues. When I get home at night all I feel up to doing is sleeping. You can get in a rut.
I hope you are able to resolve this problemsoon.
Is it mononucleosis
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Depression?
Are you sure you are sleeping well at night? Is there a way you can video tape yourself at night to see if you are noticing any difference in your sleeping patterns- tossing and turning, sleep apnea where you there is a noticeable pause in your breathing pattern, etc.
Also you could have chronic fatigue.
Are you stressed. That can cause all of this too.
We video taped my husband just last week because he felt he wasn’t sleeping well and got the surprise of our lives and when he showed the doctor he put him on some different sleeping pills and now he is sleeping like a baby.
I know how you feel. I have felt like this the past..hmm, five- six years. Anti depressents dont work, they only make me loopy. and doctors always say i have good health..I also eat right.
