I feel all anxious and jittery. I have experienced the symptoms of diabetes and was just tested this morning. I expect the results tommorow.
Right now I feel jittery. What should I do and eat (in case it is diabetes)? Can I go bike ride?

Wait until you the results of the test, you don’t want to experiment before then. If you are diabetic your doctor will give you an outline of a proper diet and recommend you see a dietitian. Good luck.

Usually, and in my case, anxious and jittery would be a sign of low blood sugar.Do not exercise when you feel that way in case it is low blood sugar.Exercise will only lower your blood sugar, and if it is already low that could be dangerous! I agree with not experimenting until you are sure of what is going on with your body.

if you think your sugar is low, try drinking a cup of milk (juice spikes you too fast then crashes you) and eat a handfull of nuts or a piece of whole grain toast.
If you think it is high, exercise and drinking water can help bring the levels back down.
I get jittery when mine drops below 70 and the milk really does the trick and keeps me leveled out longer than sweet stuff.
I get tired when my sugar is too high.
I hope your results are OK and you can meet with a dietician and figure out how to stabalize your symptoms. They are a pain to deal with but better to learn to manage them now!

If it is Diabetes, you are most definitely high by the time that you are diagnosed. I would tell you to eat Cheese, Meat, and Sugar-Free Jello. You can drink Water and Diet Soda. I would stay away from exercise right now because if you Blood Sugar is too high, it can sometimes rise even higher (by 100-200mg/dL). Take it easy.
