I’m may be a risk for Gestational Diabetes and wanted to change how I was eating at home before my next test.I’m 30 weeks pregnant. What are foods should I stay away from? What is good to eat? Is it ok to drink juice?

Please type a low glycemic index diet into any search engine and you will find many websites that will be of assistance. Cinnamon does not affect blood glucose in the least although it is a common myth. I wish you and your baby the very best of health and in all things may God bless.
Juice isn’t a good idea, juice is too concentrated and is bad for Diabetes.
Stay away from sugars and sodas. Avoid white bread and white rice.
You should pretty much be drinking water only. Avoid sports drinks too.
Pumpernickel, wheat or other rye bread is good, Grape Nuts or Cheerios or oatmeal for breakfast. Eat a sensible lunch and dinner. Whole wheat pasta is supposed to be good or brown rice.
Avoid high fructose corn syrup. Avoid partially hydrogenated oils. Avoid refined foods in general.
Eat as close to natural food as possible.
Cinnamon sometimes helps with Diabetes.
