Diabetes often goes undiagnosed because many of its symptoms seem so harmless. Recent studies indicate that the early detection of diabetes symptoms and treatment can decrease the chance of developing the complications of diabetes.
    Some diabetes symptoms include:
    Frequent urination
    Excessive thirst
    Extreme hunger
    Unusual weight loss
    Increased fatigue
    Irritability
    Blurry vision

excessive thirst, many trips to the bathroom, sometimes if bloodsugar gets to low a person can start to forget things that they are very familiar with, if blood sugar gets too high that person can have fruity breath(get them to a hospital ASAP),

vision disturbances… blurried vision also dry mouth … so dry that it becomes crazy… you are so thirsty all the time and your tongue sticks to the roof of your mouth in the night… its aweful.
You might get sick more … low immune system
You also don’t heal as fast as you used to…such as scrapes and cuts.
You have to pee alot more due to all the drinking.

Excessive thirst to the point that you have drank gallons of water, and cannot quench your thirst. Sometimes, hands and feet will tingle or itch, to the point that you want to claw them off. Blurred vision may be a sign. I’m not familiar with dry skin. Sometimes, there can be numbness in your hands and feet with poor circulation. I also hear that night sweats may be a sign. I hope this helps. I am certainly no doctor, and I hope you get tested. And, I hope it’s negative. However, if it’s positive, at least treatment options have increased tenfold from say 20-30 years ago. Take care.

Blurred vision, frequent urination, light headedness, even tingling in the fingertips and/or toes can signify .
Several simple blood sugar readings can tell you quickly if you have it or not. Get them taken before and after meals and if they read over 8.0, then you have diabetes. NOT borderline, you HAVE it.
Calling diabetes ‘borderline’ is equivalent to being ‘almost pregnant.’

It sounds suspicious. Diabetes presents with feelings of malaise ie feeling bad, thirst occasional blury vision much urination weight loss or weight gain nausea and generalized feeling crappy. But must be diagnosed by a doctor so go get some help.
    Thanks

How old are you? Do you have a family history of diabetes? Signs and symptoms include frequent urination, dizziness, poor appetite. But the best thing to do is get a blood test and see if u have a high fasting blood sugar. U have to fast for at least 8 to 12 hours for this. If you are an adult and your parents also have diabetes, now is a good time to check if you have it too.

…at least those are some of my symptoms
It would be smart for you to get into a doctor to get it tested, reguardless of weather or not your symptoms are similar to the ones people submit to this site.
