I used to be about the same as you (issue 1). I've been working out 5-6 days a week for the past year and I feel immensely better about myself, and I usually get tired and fall asleep around 11 now. That's still 8 hours of sleep - i'm much happier and I feel healthier. So... you need more exercise, it'll help balance you out and you won't get sleepy as early (as weird as that is).

Make a practical Time table for a whole day and then stick to it.It must include at least 6 hours continous sleep +if u con take a nap 45minutes well and good .At the office keep an alarm clock and fix alarm after every hour to remind u to get up from ur seat and just move around talk to ur collegues ur mind will remain fresh.
Secondly think about those poor people who have been diagnosed diabetic (or some other illness) but are unable to get treatment or even dont know what to do e-g in many of the underdeveloped countries a lay man cant get access to a clinic and if he reaches there anyhow he cant purchase medicines etc his problums get change to horrible complications and then may become bedridden or taken to hospital by someone and may die.
You should always think optimistically that Allah (God) has given u much better life ,opprtunities etc e-g the knowledge that diabeties runs in family so that u can take precautionry measures even before diagnosis so go ahead do simplest easily available blood test to exclude presence of diabeties.
If u cant take out time for execise separettly u can do it unknowingly by just changing ur life style a little e-g use stare steps instead of elevator, walk at home while watching TV or similar activity.
Ithink thats enough for the time being do let us know how it worked and then further advice can be given accordingly.

If diabetes runs in the family then you should be worried. With a little diet and exercise you'll be healthier and reduce the risk of getting it and you'll have alot more energy. If you eat alot foods that have fat, sugar or carbs in it and/or eat large meals, that will slow you down and make anyone tired. Talk with your Dr. and ask what kind of diet is good for someone that has a family history of diabetes. If you want some energy in the morning that will last til lunch try this healthy energy shake, it's wonderful for a long burst of energy....
Morning Energy Shake
2 cups frozen fruit
1 serving whey protein power (low carb, low glycemic index formula)
1 scoop mega green powder
1 tablespoon liquid amino acids
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
NOTES:
They had about a cup of ice in the blender on the TV show, but the recipe doesn't call for it. If you find your shake too thick or not cold enough, add ice.

I had the same symptoms, (Exactly the the same) same schedule, and overweight. I went to the doctor and found out I had very high blood pressure. The doc gave me meds for the blood pressure,I lost weight, cut out carbohydrates, improved my diet, exercised, and went to bed at 11:00 instead of midnight.(Surely you are not missing too much by going to bed an hour early.) Eat a bowl of cereal or have some fruit for breakfast instead of skipping breakfast, or eating a pastry. Have a piece of fruit at mid-morning when you are getting sleepy, and take a break and take a quick stroll around the building. Have a small lunch, if you have a large lunch, you'll get tired again. That's what I did and now I am not tired anymore, and feel great.

Exercise can always help you feel better but it cant take away the light headiness. You really need to go see your doctor and tell him the symptoms that you are having. It wouldn't hurt to try to go to bed sometimes if not all the time when you start getting tired because if you wait you are going to get to tired to sleep. good luck!

u need to wake up early at 6am 4 doing more exercise, shower n then go to work at 8am.of course u've to sleep early at 11pm or earlier.take care of ur eating as u r not encouraged to be overweight if u've diabetes.check with ur DR asap if u've diabetes.
u w'd feel tired n thirsty if u've diabetes,ur headache could be other symptom of sickness like lack of blood, insufficient sleep, etc.exercise can only help u feel better n stronger in immunition of ur diabetes but it won't cure diabetes.take care.

Issue 1: Absolutely go to sleep when you're sleepy--you are depriving yourself if you don't.
Issue 2: If diabetes runs in your family, you should be checked often. Another reason you could feel lightheaded would be if you are hungry.
NOTE: You don't have to do a lot to lose weight (for the diabetes). Don't drink soda, and don't eat mayonnaise.
Don't eat fried foods, fast foods, or junk foods.
Eat six mini-meals per day, rather than 3 large ones.
Don't go to sleep for at least 3 hours after eating--so eat your dinner by 6:30.
Exercise does not need to be difficult either. Just walk as much as possible--use stairs rather than elevators/escalators, don't ride anywhere you can reach on foot. Try to do your walking outdoors in the daytime--take in some nature, and get some fresh air.
