I don’t know the symptom but I can tell you the name is Gestational Diabetes. My cousin had it during pregnancy and it was like a regular diabetic. Constant urinating, dizzy spells, and she had a 9lb baby because of it and that was a small baby for her condition.

Gestational Diabetes is usually found through the normal antenatal screening blood tests, it often has little symptoms but they would be the normal symptoms for diabetes such as thirst and frequent urination. If your blood tests are in the risky category you would probably be asked to do a Glucose Tolerence Test where you fast for 12 hours then have a blood test to check the glucose levels
